‘Kiss Me Hardy’ record sheets

Back in December I wrote a review of the TFL game Kiss Me Hardy, and one of the comments I made was how the record sheets that came with the game were a little on the bulky side for what they covered. They were generic sheets too, meaning there was a lot of info on there that wouldn’t be relevant for every ship you’d field, and being a PDF you couldn’t edit this down.

Since then I’ve done a little searching online to find an alternative that I could put to use, but with no luck. There are a handful of record sheet examples that other people have used, but no blank sheets, and certainly none that allowed you to edit them.

Boats! Tiny boats!

Access to little resources like this decrease the barrier to entry for wargames, and suspecting I’m not the only one who’s made such a search I decided it’s better to create a solution than just carry on as-is. I took the best parts of all the different record sheets I’d come across and made a Frankensheet of them all that also fitted two ships per page!

You’ll find my take on a Kiss Me Hardy record sheet below. It’s formatted as a spreadsheet, so you can delete irrelevant info and customise it for your ships. I’ve also included a bunch of flags to use to add a little fluff to things. If you’ve been hunting around for a record sheet I hope this one does the job for you.
